I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:05 p.m. by Patty Smith.

Minutes were approved - motion by Kathy Troth and 2nd by Marie Revak

Promotions Committee
April 4th Hacienda give back night. Marie has the coupon and posters to hang. Representatives took these for posting and distribution. Please see the information to participate.

Compassion Fund
Meeting scheduled for Friday, February 10th. Marie cannot attend. A question was asked of how much did the fund receive from the campaign.
There is a discussion and volunteers sought for committees. Please see volunteers below.

III. New Business
All district representatives are asked to look at district lists and make any corrections.
Discussion begins to identify potential guest speakers to invite to future meeting.
Snow day discussion:
There were a number of concerns raised over the time of the notification that the campus was closed. Statements were made regarding the need to leave for work before the notice went out.
Essential personnel, how are they notified, who are they?
