I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:07 p.m. by Patty Smith.
Patty introduced Adam Zielinski and Shebra Guidry as new members
January minutes were reviewed – Amanda Huerta made a motion to approve with a second by Marie Revak
II. Committee Updates and description of assignment for new members:
Benefits Committee

Promotions Committee
The book drive for Robinson Center and El Campito will be March 18 with emails/flyers being distributed on campus. Flyers handed out to be posted.
Elections Committee
#23 will be vacant. Officer elections to be held

III. New Business
2013 Committee photo was taken
Sue Lister, Internal Communications, was the guest. Sue is accepting feedback on NDWorks, This week @ND, Today @ND. Some suggestions were offered by the group.
IV. 2013 Officer Nomination/Elections: Patty Smith will remain Chair, Jody Klontz will remain Vice Chair and Kathy Seymour was elected Secretary
