I. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 1:03 p.m. by Patty Smith
May minutes were reviewed and approved –motion by Michele Tharp with a 2nd by La Minda Wilson

Benefits Committee
Three meetings are scheduled in the upcoming months

Nothing to report

The old SAC site still needs to be disabled.

III. New Business
-Discussed the idea of revising the SAC brochure to use for a variety of purposes.
-An issue was raised regarding the excessive heat for the Laundry employees and that Risk Management was consulted
-A question was raised regarding the lack of merit increases for certain employees; this should be discussed with the supervisor and/or HR Consultant
V. Additional Business
August meeting will be held in ECK Law Building, Room 2171
Positive comments were voiced about the Wellness Center open house which was held on July 11.
