I have worked at the University since 1992, starting out in Hesburgh Libraries in the Sports Research Collection at the same time that the movie Rudy was being filmed. In 1998, I moved to the First Year of Studies where I worked as the Associate Dean and First Year Student Records assistant. In 2019, my position was transferred to the Registrar's Office where I am a member of the Academic Services Team.

I was born in New York, but raised in the Midwest, primarily in Wisconsin and Michigan. I graduated from Indiana University South Bend in 1991 with a B.S. in Secondary Education, majoring in History, Political Science and minoring in Sociology. I also received an Associate's Degree from Southwestern Michigan College in 1986, also in Education.

My interests include pet rescue, having volunteered in the dog department at Pet Refuge of South Bend since 2001. Aside from spending Sunday mornings at the shelter, I have fostered many dogs and ended up keeping a few "foster failures" along the way. My current menagerie includes two Chocolate Lab rescues named Chloe and Coco and a rescue kitty named Zoey. I also love sports, particularly the Fighting Irish and the Green Bay Packers, plus a few other teams from the various geographical locations that I have lived in (Chicago Cubs, Detroit Red Wings, Milwaukee Bucks). I have one son and a granddaughter and live in Niles, Michigan.
