Trudie Mullins began working at Notre Dame in 2000, beginning as an administrative assistant, providing support to the subject selectors. Over the years, Trudie has worked in various departments in the Hesburgh Library including Collection Development, Special Collections, Interlibrary Loan Borrowing. In 2021, she joined the TRU Services program, and is currently the User Services Library Assistant in Circulation Services.

She assists patrons at the Circulation Desk with their needs for library materials and refers reference questions to the Ask Us Desk, or a subject librarian for further assistance. She continues to work in Interlibrary Loan Borrowing, processing requests to provide patrons access to the materials needed from other institutions for their research.

Trudie also serves as one of the admins with the LibGuides Management Team. She creates new accounts, transfers guides to various subject librarians as their responsibilities change, and provides support and training to existing guide owners and incoming subject librarians and student assistants, as needed.

She has been married for over 20 years, and lives in Osceola with her husband, daughter, son-in-law, along with their three cats.
